Interactive Designer
Interactive Designer
Moosylvania strives to deliver innovative and meaningful consumer experiences in the digital space for world-class brands. Position Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years experience designing websites, applications, logos and branded materials.
- Must have a strong understanding of marketing and advertising industry trends, along with social media integration, and SEO/SEM.
- Must have experience creating sitemaps, wireframe and usability, and preferably a good knowledge of mobile sites and applications.
- Must be experienced in designing e-commerce websites with a particular emphasis on conversion optimization.
Overall Position Responsibilities:
- Work with project management and interactive marketing team to identify and establish creative content that is beautiful in both design and functionality.
- Responsible for creative development of materials for web, email marketing, and social media.
- Work well with others and demonstrate proficiency and expertise under fire, with graphic design, illustration, multimedia, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Flash animation, and ActionScript a plus.
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects, have experience meeting deadlines, possess strong problem solving skills, and be able to keep your cool when things change at the last minute.
- Must be able to answer client needs by ultimately exceeding user experience through emotionally engaging design.
- Contribute conceptually to ensure design and brand experience for clients is relevant, memorable, and of the highest quality.
- Must be innovative and be able to collaborate and bring good ideas across strategy, account, media, and technology disciplines.

Interactive Developer

Position Required Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in HTML/JS/CSS with special emphasis on HTML5 and jQuery
- At least 2 years experience with PHP, C# or .NET
- Strong understanding of Linux for web hosting, cloud hosting, etc.
- Experience with MySQL, SQL Server or SQLite
- Experience interacting with JSON/XML data via APIs
- Experience with open source platforms: SilverStripe, WordPress, CakePHP, CodeIgniter
- Experience with multiple e-commerce platforms: Magento, osCommerce
- Experience with Facebook and Twitter application development preferred

Overall Position Responsibilities:
- Successfully work with Project Managers, Creative team and Interactive Marketing Strategists to define project goals, timelines and budgets
- Lead the technology aspect of multiple projects and work with the Project Manager and Account Service team to set expectations and delivery of each project within budget and timeline
- Oversee all phases of project deployment, including preparation of project specifications, execution of development plans, testing, deployment, site maintenance and optimization
- Analyze complex project requirements and devise solutions that are achievable in a definable timeframe and budget
- Organize and prioritize multiple assignments at varying stages of development
- No project is too large to tackle, no concept is out of reach. Be prepared to work on projects that are fun, challenging and diverse, utilizing the latest technologies and developing experiences that look great across multiple devices.
Advance to Bonus Round
- Experience with HTML5 and CSS3 and using these technologies to build native phone applications for iOS or Android
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile frameworks such as jQuery Mobile or Sencha Touch, Bootstrap

Interactive Project Manager
Interactive Project Manager
Moosylvania is seeking a Project Manager for our Interactive team who has 2-3 years of experience managing digital projects from SOW through QA and completion. The ideal team member is a highly motivated and uber-organized individual who has experience in project management for web and application development, as well as interactive marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM and social media.
Required Skills
- Provide weekly interactive status update and run weekly interactive status meetings.
- Alert teams of upcoming deadlines and if timelines are missed.
- Ability to coordinate workflow between multiple departments.
- Develop project timelines and input into project management system.
- Occasionally assist in writing SOW requirements.
- Alert teams to SOW changes and impact on timeline/budget.
- Pull progress reports and share successes with teams internally on a weekly basis.
- Assess efficiency of internal tools and workflows and provide suggestions for improvment.
- Help develop templates for various interactive turnovers, eg banner ads, wireframes, FB ads.
- Great listening skills, a deadline-oriented mentality and superb organizational skills are a must.

- Active participation in a wide variety of social media activities personally, with rich understanding of social networking from a user engagement standpoint

- Broad-level experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (such as Facebook analytics, Google analytics, etc.)

- Develop and execute social media strategy for two major brands, posting on behalf of the brands and responding to consumer comments via multiple social platforms
- Lead and manage all efforts pertaining to the social media calendar(s) – from aggregating content from various agency partners and managing brand team approvals to the implementation of all outreach
- Master brand tone of voice and personality for two distinct brands
- Analyze and optimize social strategy and execution on an ongoing basis
